Our Mission:
Project Resume is dedicated to
supporting the career success of medical coders through resumes and professional development education
OUR TEAM:
Ann Barnaby, founder
Ann began her journey in the healthcare and coding environment in her study of Health Policy and Administration as a student at The Pennsylvania State University. She was a member of the Phi Gamma Nu business fraternity, and remains active in the fraternity today, mentoring current members, and speaking to current students. Ann used her Bachelor of Science degree to drive a career in medical coding and billing, and eventually involvement in recruiting, training and management of medical coding teams. She has managed large teams for a multi-million-dollar corporation, and has educated providers and coders at a large teaching hospital, among other ventures and enterprises. Ann has been an active member of the AAPC since 2005, when she became a Certified Professional Coder (CPC). She’s also earned her Certified Risk Coder (CRC) certification through the AAPC.
Ann’s desire to help coders to career success was the driving force behind the creation of Project Resume, and she is thrilled to see every continued success story!
