2. Identifying Where You Stand

Once you understand the landscape, we map you onto it.

We look at:

• Your current skill set

• Your background and transferable experience

• Where you naturally have leverage

3. Finding the Gaps

From there, we identify what’s missing between where you are and where you want to go.

That might include:

Finally, we turn all of that into a clear, actionable plan.
